One year ago today, Gary Kurtz passed away

It’s hard to believe that a year has gone already since the producer of the greatest space fantasy of all and the greatest sequel ever made left us, but on 23rd September 2018 Gary Kurtz passed away.

Back then we paid tribute, and to commemorate the anniversary of his death, our friends at the Kurtz Joiner Archive posted this.

Tonight, remember to raise a glass to a man helped lay the foundations for everything we love and cherish in the galaxy far, far away.
