What better way could there be than today – Valentine’s Day – for Star Wars to post a video showing the ultimate act of love betwen a Jedi and his loved one; handing over their lightsaber. Here’s a scene from The Clone Wars as the chosen one does exactly that, giving Padmé his lightsaber (something that would likely cause a wail of anguish from Obi-Wan).
In an attempt to convince Padmé that she’s more important to him that anything else, Anakin hands over something a Jedi is never supposed to part with: his Lightsaber!
