The toys are back in town, and as another legacy franchise arrives in the form of Toy Story 5 and its global opening weekend of $310,191,258, the struggles continue for The Mandalorian and Grogu, which moves on from last weeks global total of $315,072,355 to arrive at the new total of $328,694,703 in its fifth week on release. With only just over $13m added globally this week, the film not only looks set to end it’s run with less than $350m, but also as the lowest grossing live action Star Wars film, still over $60m shy of Solo’s $393,151,347, of which $213,767,512 came from the domestic box office.

Right now, Mando and Grogu sit at humber seven in the weekly domestic chart on $172,039,029, but with the imminent arrival of Supergirl, Jackass: Best and Last, Evil Dead Burn and Moana over the next couple of weeks it looks likely to slide out of the top ten charts in little over a month.

The evil Empire has fallen, and Imperial warlords remain scattered throughout the galaxy. As the fledgling New Republic works to protect everything the Rebellion fought for, they have enlisted the help of legendary Mandalorian bounty hunter Din Djarin and his young apprentice Grogu.
