Speaking with The Metro at the recent BIFA nominations, The Rise of Skywalker actress Naomi Ackie discussed briefly the ninth and final Skywalker Saga episode and it appears – no surprise – that not everything will be resolved by the time the final credits roll..

‘I think there are moments in this that really encapsulate what the whole saga has been about, and there are some people that leave it that might feel like they’ve got everything they wanted but there might still be more questions, and that’s the whole point. The story continues.’

‘I think I will feel like it’s been a long time coming and I’ll feel like a conclusion to what has been a brilliant saga.’
