As we wait for the arrival of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, take a look back to June 1992 when Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis came out on the Amiga, DOS, Macintosh and later on CD-ROM. Heres a look at the cut scenes and the game itself, stitched together into a ‘movie’ to show the action and plot of the venerable game.

Year 1939. While searching through the ancient collections of Barnet College, Indiana Jones discovers a strange statuette of unknown origin, which is stolen by a nazi spy named Klaus Kerner.

All clues regarding the mysterious artifact lead Indy to reunite with his former colleague, archaeologist-turned-medium Sophia Hapgood.

Sophia and Indy discover that the Nazis are searching for the source of power that made Atlantis great: a mysterious metal called orichalcum. Believing they can use this power to dominate the world, the Nazis, led by Kerner and the scientist Ubermann, are determined to find the sunken city and harness its secrets.

Indy and Sophia embark on a dangerous adventure that takes them from the icy landscapes of Iceland to the Mayan temples in Guatemala and the deserts of Algeria.

They become entangled in an espionage plot in the glamorous Monte Carlo, following clues left by the ancient Atlantean civilization in a race against time to find Atlantis before the Nazis do and prevent them from seizing its immense power.
