Following on from his hugely successful You Can Draw Star Wars series, Matt Busch is back with the third episode of Illustrating Star Wars, this week on how to add drips, splotches, highlights and colourful lights to a large and vibrant painting.

Star Wars Artist Matt Busch continues this new series on how he draws and paints vivid montages. Matt is celebrating his 30th Anniversary of illustrating books, posters, apparel and more for that galaxy far, far away, so it’s perfect timing to deliver new tutorials detailing each step of the way. Today Matt shares off-the-cuff tips, tricks, and techniques for adding drips and splotches, as well as highlights and colorful lights for a large vibrant Star Wars painting: Vader’s World.
