Just a week after long-time Lucasfilm employee Bunny Alsop passed away, another one of that magical original trilogy crowd has left us. Terry Chostner (to the right in the plaid shirt) was a still photographer on The Empire Strikes Back and supervising still photographer for Return of the Jedi.

He transferred his keen eye to computer graphics, working as a CG artist on the Star Wars Special Edition as well as a matchmove artist on Attack of the Clones, Iron Man and 2 of the J.J. Abrams Star Trek films. You’ve been enjoying Terry’s work, in still form or in motion, for many, many years.

Our condolences from the team here at Fantha Tracks to Terry’s family, friends and colleagues.
