Fans of digital comic releases will no doubt be aware of Comixology, Amazon’s digital comic publishing platform, but news has reached us from some keen-eyed Rebel spies that may be of interest if e-comics are your thinng.

Comixology have all the Marvel Star Wars Epic collections at full price, currently £24.99 each. Marvel have been doing a lot of work with these, and the available collections include all the various Dark Horse comics (in chronological order), Star Wars Kids, cereal mini-comics, on-line comics and much, much more.

However, Amazon currently itself has most of this content listed as Kindle versions for between £7.99 and £12.99, a huge saving, but the clever part is that Kindle comics are automatically sent to your Comixology account – so you can get cheap Comixology comics by buying them via Amazon.

Of course, nothing beats the feel and smell of a physical comic book and how long this remains possible is anyone’s guess, but if you’re after some Star Wars comic classics on a budget it’s worth following up sooner rather than later.

No Bothans were harmed in the delivery of this information, and you can order those Comoxology comics by clicking through the link below.
