Long-time followers of Fantha Tracks and UK convention attendees will no doubt be aware of the work of our chum, Gav aka The Retro Draughtsman (and if not, then frankly shame on you!)
His renderings of the toys of yesteryear in the style of, well a draughtsman, are a big hit with us here and news has reached us of a new project he’s part of with his friends from Leicester Vintage and Old Toy Shop. The three comrades are hoping to make a TV show whilst on a road trip across the USA, exploring vintage toy stores, shows and meeting collectors along the way.
The guys have set up a Kickstarter to help them fund the making of the show, running until the end of October, with the usual funding steps to suit all budgets.
We’d like to wish the guys every success and will keep you posted on their progress.
