Yet another exclusive collaboration has been announced by Lucasfilm Ltd and Disney, a range of Christian Louboutin Star Wars inspired shoes by the legendary French Shoe designer. Louboutin have teamed up to create the most exquisite collection of shoes inspired by some of the women in the latest Star Wars film The Last Jedi.

The shoes are named after 4 characters, Rose, Amilyn Holdo, Captain Phasma, and Rey. The final pair of shoes to be revealed at the LA premier with the help of Snoke’s Pretorian guards are  themed on a spaceship in the movie.

In an article on Vanity Fair online the creative process behind the designing and creation of the shoes is explained. The article includes hand drawn sketches from the designer and a clip showing how Doug Chiang, Rian Johnson and the model making team helped to create the shoes.

The five styles are signed by the designer, as well as the actress that portrays each character. The 4 character pairs are currently available for auction with proceeds benefiting Starlight Children’s Foundation on behalf of Star Wars: Force for Change.

The deadline to submit a bid is Wed, 20 Dec 2017 3:05:00 PM EST
