Following on from his hugely successful You Can Draw Star Wars series, Matt Busch is back with the fourth episode of Illustrating Star Wars, this focusing on how to use colour pencils to add extra detail and flair to your art.

Star Wars Artist Matt Busch completes this new series on how he draws and paints vivid montages. Matt is celebrating his 30th Anniversary of illustrating books, posters, and more for that galaxy far, far away, so it’s perfect timing for this new tutorial detailing each step of the way. Today Matt shares off-the-cuff tips, tricks, and techniques for adding color pencil right on top of the painting. This helps add details, smooths out tones, and adds artistic flair for this large vibrant Star Wars painting: Vader’s World.
