Disneyland Anaheim hits the pause button on July reopening

Plans to reopen Disneyland Anaheim on 17th July, the 65th anniversary of first opening the gates have been put on hold as the State of California state that they won’t be issuing theme park reopening guidelines until after 4th July. That will see Disneyland closed on its anniversary for the first time in its history, but as coronavirus cases escalate in California and Florida the opening dates of the parks will certainly be under close scrutiny.

As it stands right now, Tokyo Disneyland opens on 1st July and Disneyland Paris reopens on 15th July while Downtown Disney is planned to reopen on 9th July.
