Great news as not only are the previous 4 big screen Indiana Jones adventures coming to 4K Ultra HD in June ahead of the 28th June release of Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, but the 1981 original is returning to the big screen in the States on 4th and 7th June.

Lucasfilm and Paramount Home Entertainment have announced that Raiders of the Lost ArkIndiana Jones and the Temple of DoomIndiana Jones and the Last Crusade, and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull will be available for the first time on 4K Ultra HD individually and nationwide with Dolby Vision and HDR-10 on June 6, 2023.

In 2021, each film was remastered from 4K scans of the original negatives with extensive work done to ensure the most pristine and highest quality image. The picture work was approved by director Steven Spielberg. In addition, all four films were remixed at Skywalker Sound to create Dolby Atmos soundtracks.

Now available in separate editions, each disc will be beautifully packaged with artwork inspired by the original theatrical posters and will include access to a digital copy of each respective film.

In addition, Indy fans will have the chance to relive the exploits of the globetrotting archaeologist in the classic that started it all when Raiders of the Lost Ark returns to select theaters on June 4 and 7. Tickets for this special engagement presented by Fathom Events and Paramount Pictures can be purchased at www.fathomevents.com or at participating theatre box offices.
