After the removal of Chuck Wendig as writer, Marvel’s Shadow of Vader five-part limited series was shelved, leaving the final two episodes unwritten and ultimately, the entire project scrapped.

Now, artist Duncan Fegredo, long time Star Wars artist for Dark Horse going right back to Tales of the Jedi in 1997 and storyboard author on Rogue One, has posted this image of unused cover artwork from the series, giving us a glimpse into a tale that – as it stands- will never be told.
