Tested take a look at an incredible build by Acme Design of the Ark of the Covenant, as seen in Raiders of the Lost Ark, but this is one with a difference. What’s the difference? You’ll have to watch the video to find out,  but trust us when we say it’s so impressive there’ll be plenty of cheers, and maybe some booze….

In the backlot showcase at this year’s Wonderfest modelmaking convention, we meet Clint Borucki of Acme Design, Inc., whose team has built a gorgeous replica of the Ark of the Covenant from Raiders of the Lost Ark. But this isn’t just a 1:1 prop replica; it opens up to reveal its true purpose to be enjoyed by attendees at the show!
