From David Whiteley, the documentary maker behind The Galaxy Britain Built and Toy Empire comes a new fan made docuseries, Star Wars Xtra. Stay tuned to Fantha Tracks Radio for a chat with David in the new year.

Star Wars Xtra is a fan made docu-series brought to you by the team that made the Star Wars documentaries, The Galaxy Britain Built and Toy Empire.

The series, launching in 2021, will feature behind-the-scenes talent from the past and the present, at a really exciting time for Star Wars fans across the world.

And that’s not all, the show will also feature segments of ‘Building Boba Fett: The Original Mandalorian’. A full-length documentary, currently in production.

The show is hosted by life-long Star Wars fan, David Whiteley. The British broadcaster and filmmaker spent 23 years at the BBC and persuaded the commissioners to go ahead with The Galaxy Britain Built and Toy Empire. Well, he was born on May the Fourth, 1977!

The production team at Star Wars Xtra are fans, making this show, for fans. And they also happen to be the same team who helped David make The Galaxy Britain Built and Toy Empire.

We’re looking forward to sharing things with you in 2021!
